The ALRS Mobile App for Apple iPhone allows ALRS authorized users to make and cancel their reservations. They can view all upcoming reservations made via the mobile app. Using the mobile app you can get map assistance to the assigned lodging site as well as call the site. Reservation and cancellation requests are kept in sync with the base ALRS system unit. Manual changes processed by a site's ART will appear on the mobile app at the same time a text message is sent advising of the change.

User reviews repeatedly call out severe UI/navigation issues, unreliable booking flows (dates not populating, selections wrong, reservations vanishing), and overall instability (unavailable, crashes, requires reinstalls). Login problems and poor support add to frustration. Pros

So easy to use.
Designed for UTA use with prompt support from Lodging/ULM.
Does what you need it to do for UTA weekends.

Cons

UI/UX issues: screen is oversized, buttons may be hidden or off-screen, and scrolling is often blocked.
Booking flow failures: dates sometimes do not populate, IDT/ADT selections misbehave, and reservations can disappear or fail to save.
Stability and reliability problems: app frequently unavailable, won’t open after updates, or requires repeated restarts/reinstalls.
Login/account problems: credentials not saved, default selections (e.g., ADT vs IDT) incorrect, or app not accepting account information.
Support and maintenance concerns: perceived unresponsive or ineffective customer support and criticism of the DoD contractor quality.
