App is slow in general and freezes/gives random error messages, sometimes it will lock itself and you’ll have to close the app and relaunch it (good luck if you’re in a slow cell service area) It has also deleted information it had supposedly saved on more than one occasion

This app is terrible no matter what your service is like there’s always errors and sometimes is always wrong. Redundant features that just waste time and add more stuff to go wrong. Better hope there’s not a drop of rain when you’re doing a delivery because good luck trying to continue through the menus. A pointless survey that just serves to waste time and not actually use the feedback to improve the app. Makes my job so much harder than it has to be
