At minimum for most app permissions, you should have locations on at some capacity be it once/while using, but that’s it. There’s no legitimate reason to force bluetooth or notifications to use the app. I recommend Krazy Coupon Lady for food and toiletries. Slickdeals for everything else.

This app is a digital version of all of the junk mail flyers that your physical mailbox gets stuffed with, and it comes with more privacy concerns than tik tok.
