Please consider adding: * App Icon Badge Count: A numerical badge on the home screen icon displaying the exact count of unread messages. * High-Priority Push Notifications: Stronger, customizable push alerts (with persistent banners or distinct sound options) to ensure new messages are seen immediately. A simple unread badge and more apparent push alerts would allow parents to respond promptly without needing to open and refresh the app to check for updates.
