This website is horrible. You’re supposed to be able to do all of your banking on it, but really all I can do is look at my balances. I can’t pay bills, can’t access Zelle and can’t get any statements electronically. I’ve called and talked to them a couple of times and even stopped in last week, with a promise that someone would contact me, but no one has. Avoid this bank website like the plague.

Bank or app. Deceptive through obsfucation! Tried to reschedule a bill payment that DID NOT SAY PENDING. It appeard to have been done. Woke this morning to a NASTY surprise when it suddenly WAS pending, couldn’t be stopped, leaving me in a bind. And FORGET service from anyone who knows their backsides from a hole in the ground. Service is NON-EXISTENT, outside the Savannah branch, with branches with which I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
