While trying to fully register with method of payment the system wants you to put your home address. Many countries are on the pull down menu but mine. When I type it in the system does not recognize it. Not sure how to proceed.

My child cannot purchase a ticket because he is under 16 years. I tried to connect to my child so that he can have a bus ticket. I couldn’t connect to the parent child configuration even though I have a code to input. I tried to use my computer, but you can only login with the app. Even my child cannot connect to the parent child configuration. I tried to buy a ticket at the train station where they sell bus tickets, but they want to charge for all zones. I don’t want to spend €17 for one zone, so I purchased a ticket on my phone. I just hope an image of the bus ticket will be sufficient.
