Recurring subscription/login activation issues (password resets, renewal problems, subscription status not recognized) and customer service frustration.

Editing quality concerns including typos and inflammatory/editorial content unequal to the rest of the coverage.

Recent reviews

As others have said, If your membership lapse and you got to renew it via Apple’s Subscription function. It will charge you but not actually give you access to Knox News. Knox News can’t see who’s joined via Apple. It’s a real cluster and Knox News can’t honor same price as app even if you buy through website. Also $149 via the website but only $69.99 via the app for a one year subscription!?! That’s a 112% markup for the same product. Shame on you Gannett.
