From your browser, unlock your bike with a tap or a personal unlock code, check battery levels (including Powerbank support), and view live ride data like current speed, distance, and ride duration. You can adjust motor assistance, gears, lights, and sound settings right from the home screen for a smoother ride.

Review past trips, see detailed ride information, and compare your stats with other VanMoof riders. In Garage you can access bike info, change settings, share your bike, mark it missing with Bike Hunters, and check Apple Find My status if supported. Supported models include S6/S6 Open, S5/A5, S4/X4, S3/X3, S2/X2, Electrified S/X, and Smart S/X. Note: features vary by bike model. Disclaimer: App features are dependent on your bike model.

Not enjoying this at all. The erratic nature of the “Range” is quite the spectacle, from 38 miles to 28 miles in a mile & a half, down to 18 miles after a 4 mile work trip. The app will adjust slightly once the bike rests but is this just the life of anyone that owns an electric vehicle? Car or otherwise? You have to give it your best guess “because it’s a battery” & the app cannot keep up with its irregularities. Or can Vanmoof improve the experience? The constant reminder asking me to “Set up Apple Find My” every time I turn on the app is annoying. If I dismiss it, can the app not understand that I don’t want to use it? Notifications (if at all) arrive a day or two after. Can we either improve the map/GPS so it’s functional or just get rid of it? It could be I expect too much. Paying a lot of money for the Vanmoof experience I thought would ensure a quality app but sadly I’m left wishing I had taken other options at this time. I upgraded to 1.9.3 and now nothing happens when I plug in my external battery pack. Worst thing is when you reach out to their support they say they only support European customers not US
