The app is convenient for online rent payments and some maintenance communication when it works, but repeated login/authentication failures, inability to pay or view balances, crashes and sign-outs, payment-method issues, and signup/address problems drive a largely negative perception of reliability and usability.

Frequent login/authentication problems (login failures, ‘no units’ after login, password issues).
Inability to pay or view a balance, including zero balance glitches and payments being blocked.
Frequent crashes, freezes, and sign-outs when switching apps or returning to the app.
Payment method updates often don’t save and can be rejected; high card charges mentioned.
Onboarding/signup and address recognition issues (address not found, invalid sign-up dropdown).

This app is a great way to pay your rent when it actually gets done. The sign- in is a bit too much for me.

I’ve utilized this app for over a year. Paying rent is fairly simple however, logging in can be a bit of a delay and annoyance. There’s an option to substitute your password for Touch-ID, but that feature hasn’t been added into newer phone products in years. Face ID needs to be an added feature asap.
