SatCatcher-Dish Set & Pointing

SatCatcher is a satellite finder and dish pointer that uses augmented reality to help you orient your antenna toward any satellite. The AR view shows the satellite in space, while your GPS location is plotted on a map to determine direction and detect potential obstacles (walls, trees) before installation.

Follow the seven-step workflow to install and align your dish: pick a satellite, enable geolocation, verify vertical alignment with the accelerometer, calculate polarization and adjust the LNB, set elevation, search orientation with visual and audio guidance, and perform fine-tuning. The app requires a camera, compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, and GPS for proper operation. SatCatcher Free is the lite version; AR and compass-based orientation are available only in the full version.
