Recent reviews

It’s free. Customer service is slow. Once we had an account manager, but he stopped responding to our infrequent questions and they basically want you to self-help through their shoddy FAQ that isn’t updated. Their AI chat is also rubbish. Lots to fix here. The app runs fine, but there are things, like suggested accounts that don’t actually complete a transaction, you still have to go through the motions of electing each suggestion. Let’s call that 50% helpful.

With the latest Bill S&E update, there are errors that still are not fixed. As the Admin, I still cannot go into certain budgets to edit budgets - the App just aborts and I have to log in all over again. It frustrating. Then i have to login through a browser. Please fix.
