I use the app religiously on my phone. Salesmate hangs up the call randomly, it also freezes while your on a call and then it Closes. The email server omg is so bad…I wish they would just integrate Gmail or outlook.

Salesmate is great. However, a couple months ago Version 3.0 was rolled out. As far as I can tell, it does not appear there was any testing of the update before release to their clients. The result was something that was nearly unusable. Numerous bugs and crashes and the disappearance of some useful and important functions. As of this writing, the app is back to what it was before the update. However, for all the stress that was caused (and likely loss of revenue for our business), the app is no better than it was before the Version 3.0 release. The technical support team is good. However, depending on who you’re talking to on the other end of the conversion, expect them to assume straight away that the problem is user error. They will not believe it is their problem until you can provide them with a screen recording of an error occurring, which can be very difficult to capture. It does not matter how good of a description of the problem you give them, they have to have that recording. Not being believed straightaway when raising an issue is very off putting. At the end of the day, our company has so heavily integrated APIs between Salesmate and our materials management platform that we can’t walk away. (On the plus side we had very few problems with our APIs after Version 3.0 was released). If not for this integration we would have left. So, it’s a good CRM but hopefully they will wait a long time and do a lot of sandboxing before they release Version 4.0.

I’ve been working for 3 months now and this solutions is a perfect fit for my company. They have a lot of integrations that made me use everything in just one software and avoid multiple windows or screens. In all this time I’ve required for technical assistance 3 times and the response time is amazing as the time to solve the issue. I was able to upload all my DB from my previous CRM system to Salesmate.io without any assistance (yes is that easy) Thank you Salesmate Team
