There's nothing intuitive or simple to learn when trying to use this service when patronizing a shop that validates parking. You’re asked to input the validation code when checking in. At the shop I was given 2 separate codes and neither were accepted. They HATE this service and it's easy to understand why. Reston needs to get its act together or ho back to free parking.
