Reviewers value BankPlus for alerting on card activity and security, but frequent reliability problems and limited transaction visibility undermine the experience. Recurrent crashes, slow loads, and onboarding/login failures are common. A major pain point is the lack of transaction details (merchant, time, amount) and the absence or delay of alerts. Recent reviews

It’s a useful app. It alerts me each time I unlock/lock & make purchases with my card. There are quite a few instances, a lot more than I’d like, where it refuses to open. “Sorry we can’t accommodate your request.” It prompts me to close & reopen the app with longer loading times (even connected to wifi (500gbs Fiber)). At that point, it mostly works, but there have been more instances where it’ll keep giving the error.

It’s an ok app but unfortunately, it works when it gets ready. Sometimes, it doesn’t load properly. Also, it kicks you out of Face ID when it wants, Especially when you are about to purchase something while standing in line. Embarrassing!! Fix it!!!
