Can’t figure out why this app exists. I just received my sonic alert home aware system and was excited to not only get alerts on the base unit but on my phone too. Then I read on the box you could have it call loved ones in an emergency. So far I haven’t found any way to do that and I have to re-pair the phone and base unit every time I come home or I don’t get alerts on my phone. The app is very disappointing but the home aware II is awesome (although set up is confusing)!

Never stays connected to my home aware system. Shame that something that cost several hundred dollars and is vital to a deaf persons life doesn’t work correctly.
