CareSuite Companion shows promise for medication management and facility-wide communication, especially for home-health rounds, but is hampered by repeated login crashes, missing core medication features (med lists, orders, and med passes), and general reliability issues that render it largely nonfunctional until a more stable, feature-complete release is provided.

Pros

Potential to view and adjust medications and treatments (med lists and orders) once those features are available.
Allows signing into facilities and attaching pictures.
Centralized messaging and refill requests in one tool would be handy.
Could be cost-effective for agencies and useful during home health rounds.

Cons

Frequent login crashes and inability to log in.
Missing core medication features (med lists, medication orders, med passes) and no access to residents' meds.
Reliability issues and bugs (errors when sending messages, app won't open; not fully functional).

Pretty useless with out the MED PASS and ADL options

New to quickmar and learning. I had an employee call me with a question about a medication that I couldn’t answer because I did not have access to orders or Med list. It would be nice to have that capability.
