Unfortunately this is not mentioned, the app gives obscure error codes, and the website gives even worse codes and errors Ended up using a random restaurant number to make it work (sorry to whatever restaurant it was). Apparently you can have customer service do this manually, but who has time to wait for an agent while standing in a parking lot with your kids impatiently waiting?
