Users generally find the My Flex Account Mobile app easy to use and able to file claims and upload receipts, with quick reimbursements. However, repeated issues hinder experience: a painful OTP/verification flow with no auto-fill, missing notifications about needed receipts, and frequent delays or losses of submitted receipts; the card is often blocked/denied during payments; and frequent app updates break features and degrade UX (e.g., removing Submit a Claim, login frictions, lack of PDF support, and limited ability to bulk upload receipts). Overall, strong functional concept but reliability and UX need significant improvement.

This flex account is infuriating. I have to verify every single purchase I make with my flex card. I had a different flex spen account with my previous employer, and I never had to do this. I will not be using g flex spend next year for my insurance.

App seems to work. OTP inputs are much more difficult than almost every other modern app…no auto-fill from text messages & keyboard switches back to letters after each numerical entry.
