Users largely criticize the app for losing core in-app functionality and visibility (often only 4 monitors shown), being redirected to a non-mobile-friendly website, and push notification issues. Pros

The underlying uptime monitoring service is trusted and usable by long-time users.
Recent updates have begun restoring some web-like features in the mobile app and show the developers’ responsiveness.
The app provides an at-a-glance status indicator (count of monitors up/down) for quick checks.

Cons

Only a small number of monitors (often four) are visible in the app, making it hard to see all monitored services.
Major in-app functionality has been removed or is inaccessible (no in-app add/pause/delete/manage; must use the website).
The app redirects to a website for details, and the mobile experience is not user-friendly compared to the website.
Push notifications are unreliable (not delivered to the correct device, duplicates, or missing alert sounds).
Inability to delete monitors from within the app and ongoing UI/UX regressions.

App is down too often

Please bring back seeing all the monitors to the front of the app. I now have to go to monitors that only shows some and click on all monitors to see the full list. There is also no way to delete a monitor in the app.
