I’ve tried everything and can’t get it to stop playing every 15 minutes. I even deleted the app and it still plays. I don’t know what to do.

I downloaded this yesterday, so perhaps it’s not set up correctly, but I can’t figure out why it is not auditory Chiming. My volume is on,my volume is turned up, I am NOT on iPhone’s Focus setting or Do Not Disturb setting. But kn the hour - the app sends a notification that says (silent mode. It is 11 o’clock etc.) How can I hear the CHime?
