This app needs to be updated it will not work with IOS after the iPhone self updated. And now that the app is working I lost all that I had saved on it. Is there a way to recover it

Had it for a couple years . Worked fine loved it. Paid the in app purchase . But back then i dnt think the drop box n iCloud features were on there. Well now i hear it’s finally working. After a year or 2 well i want my photos back . There worth gold please help
