Having an issue when I login it will let me log into the online account but not through the app. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year and I have a iPhone 18 Pro Max and it’s glitching every time. I can use the same password and all the information going through the website, but I can’t through the app it makes no sense. My husband can with his Samsung so not sure what the issue is. I’ve already called the bank twice on the matter with no avail.

This app is trash. It has bugs in the log in page and you can’t even log in. You have to have your username to recover your password but there is no option for forgetting your user name. They really need to have come one come in and behind this app from the ground up.
