myGEMconnect mobile app puts management of your GEMpay account at your fingertips. It’s convenient, secure, fast, and free*—all you need is a GEMcloud username and password from your GEMpay provider.

From the dashboard you can view balances and recent charges at a glance, access individual receipts, and print, share, or download them. You can pay with GEMpay or credit cards directly from your mobile device, enable biometric login (TouchID/FaceID), and personalize the dashboard for a smoother, more customized experience. Note: requires your GEMpay provider to support the myGEMconnect service.
