User Reviews

Overall, Tsubook is praised as an easy-to-use, highly useful teaching tool for meridians, popular among students and practitioners. Reviewers highlight clear visuals (including 3D models) that aid learning, a valuable free version, and time-saving benefits that reduce the need for carrying textbooks. The main recurring drawback is navigation; several users find the body-movement controls awkward or non-intuitive. Despite this, the app is viewed as a strong foundational resource with broad educational value and potential for expansion.
Pros
  • Very helpful for students and professionals; easy to use.
  • Clear meridian visuals and anatomy references; intuitive learning and quick reference.
  • Free version is useful and accessible, providing meaningful value without payment.
  • Saves time and eliminates the need to carry a reference book; portable study tool.
  • 3D models help visualize meridians more effectively than flat diagrams.
Cons
  • Navigation/motion controls can be clunky or difficult; moving through the 3D body model isn’t intuitive.

I absolutely love this app. I’ve already recommended it to someone else who has any interest in meridians and TCM. I wouldn’t change anything about it because it’s honestly perfect, but if there was something I’d appreciate as an optional add on, it would be the ability to purchase channels/maps from other traditions, like the Nadis in Ayurvedic medicine and Sen lines from the Thai medicine tradition. Beyond that, this is an amazing thing, and I’m so appreciative of its creators.

I’m currently studying to be an LMT and this app is TREMENDOUSLY helpful! The meridians are easy to see, I’m just not a fan of the mechanics to move the body around- kind of annoying
