User Reviews

Players praise the concept, team-based PvP, and addictive rewards, including playing without heavy spending. But many reviews point to pay-to-win monetization, toxic communities with moderator bias, region mergers that worsen balance, chronic technical issues (crashes, lag, login problems), and slow support. These factors combine to create a difficult, potentially unfair experience for casual players, with strong pressure to spend and ongoing stability and balance concerns that can drive long-time players away.
Pros
  • Engaging concept with team-based PvP and strong social play.
  • Very addictive gameplay with rewards and regular contests/events.
  • Playable without spending money, with progression possible for free players.
  • Active rewards, contests, and learning opportunities that keep players engaged.
Cons
  • Heavy monetization and pay-to-win pressure; big spenders often receive more attention and faster progression.
  • Toxic player base and perceived moderator bias; region mergers that pair high-spending players with casual players.
  • Frequent technical problems: crashes after updates, server lag/slow performance, and login issues.
  • Poor or slow customer support, with suspensions or unhelpful responses.
  • Balance and fairness concerns: powerful attackers can overwhelm weaker players; contentious shield and matchmaking dynamics.

This game will try to in any way make sure you spend money if you get at all interested in it. Some of the upgrades in this game take almost 1+ years and can only make it quicker if you spend money to buy time boosts. There are tons of people in this game that dump money into to buy troops instead of unlocking them by buying them for roughly $70-$100 and will aimlessly attack anyone for no reason so with you unable to defend yourself you just keep losing power and time while you wait for troops to heal. So in the end it’s a pointless roundabout of losing troops healing them, losing troops healing them while you wait 200 real life days for a research or building to upgrade

I've played this game since it released in 2016 but age has changed this game for the worst. The admins are heavily involved with big spending players and help them tremendously I myself have spent a few hundred on it but can't even get ticket answered. So unless your pockets are deep don't bother the admins will work against you.
