2026-08-11	bh*****	Why on earth is it physically impossible to change my payment method when paying a bill? You give me the option to add multiple payment options, then when I try to change it while paying a bill, I can't select anything? I've tapped every pixel possible on my secondary payment and it just cannot be selected. What is the purpose of even giving me the option add a secondary option if I can't select it? I also have to click dozens of times on one of the squares for 'Choose a Payment Amount' until it finally gets registered. This has been happening for months if not years and I am baffled at how this has never been addressed yet

2025-09-20	t2*****	I’ve tried to use this app for the past several months (because the website gives me error messages). Every time I try to launch the app, it fails. In the past 6 months I’ve only gotten it to launch once. So frustrating. I’m making every effort to pay my bill, but their faulty platforms make it difficult. I may just change utility carriers.
