Ever since the original owner passed away the place has gone downhill. I’ve been a customer for 17 years. My direct deposit came in on a Friday night, which was early because the 1st of the month was a holiday. I saw the funds in the account. The same DD for 10+ years. I sent through a bill pay for a couple hundred dollars. They returned it saying the DD wasn’t officially in and charged me $36 or $32. I called and explained and they wouldn’t budge. I even explained there was more than enough in my other account with them (they are both checking) to cover it. Refused to even discuss it with me. They think I won’t switch because I have so many automated bill pays through them and 3 different recurring direct deposits. They were wrong.
