User reviews show a strong PT-focused, mobile-friendly platform with useful scheduling, documentation, and customizable video exercises, plus responsive support. However, recurring issues with stability, UX/navigation, HEP check-offs, notification overload, and inconsistent patient-facing features significantly hinder the experience for many users.

Pros

Mobility and PT-focused workflow (scheduling, documentation, invoicing, payments, HIPAA-compliant EMR) on a mobile/one-stop basis.
Ability to deliver customizable exercise programs with video for patients and to push exercises remotely.
Strong customer support and responsiveness, including updates based on user feedback and training resources.
One-stop solution for therapists that simplifies admin tasks and patient management.
Simple and easy-to-navigate UI for many users.

Cons

Frequent stability issues: crashes, blank screens, and loading failures across devices and after updates.
Poor UX/navigation with features buried deep, frequent taps required, and recurring login friction.
Inconsistent or problematic check-off/HEP workflow (some exercises won’t register or auto-advance, items vanish).
Excessive, hard-to-control notifications without proper user controls.
Patient-facing features and scheduling/communication are inconsistent or limited in the app, making it feel provider-centric.

Recent reviews

I want to like this app because it allows me to accurately review my PT assignments. I just can’t understand why so much of the font is ghosted. Even logging on to the app with Face ID, the link is nearly invisible. And then once inside the app, the reps and weight for exercises are ghosted. The super dark font that shows “reps” and “weight” are super visible, but for some reason the developers seem to want us to guess at the actual numbers. I just don’t get it!! Update: the app is much better now that the fonts have been fixed!
