However, users repeatedly report reliability problems: notifications are unreliable or late, the app crashes and loads slowly, and login access can be blocked. All-in-one hub for company news, promos, product info, and education.
Helpful communication features (contacts and messaging) with live/replay calls and event details.
Keeps you in the loop with sales, product updates, and promos.

Cons

Push notifications are inconsistent or delayed and some alerts arrive after the fact.
Frequent crashes, timeouts, and slow/unfinished refreshes of content.
Login/authentication problems (invalid passwords, being logged out, resets failing).
Difficult ordering/auto-ship flow and occasional out-of-stock issues.

Recent reviews

This app is garbage. It never works, it’s still not accurate with my information after a year (insert eye roll) and it literally has errors constantly. When reached out for support there is a lack of anything anyone seems to be able to do except try to justify the extremely large subscription price (which is one time and not monthly). Greedy and shady.

This app works when it wants to. It will not alert you to updated information. It will not refresh itself. By the time you know that new information is out it is usually hours later and you have to go in the app to refresh and then the sales are usually over.
