I hate that I have to give this app, company, and system overall a one start. Honestly they deserve half a star or 0. Their customer service sucks. I’ve never used anything that glitches so bad as much as this app and system does. Everyday there’s a new issue. I cannot believe they’re still in business as sad as that sounds. My dealership struggles because this application never works. I miss important messages because they don’t load or the application doesn’t alert me. It hurts my bottom line. If it were up to me I’d absolutely choose another system. Again it’s unfortunate. A kick in the face is the fact everyday MK is asking me to do training and use their “university.” How can you ask me to do training when you can’t even get your system to work correctly??
