Booked an appointment for English, the doctor that takes it ends up repeatedly shouting “I am not a native English speaker”. Okay, so I speak slowly and use what German I know. The session lasts 3 minutes—documented by the app. The “doctor” repeatedly yelling over me as I try to state the reason for my visit, “I am not a native English speaker. Go to your Hausarzt!” Then he writes up a false diagnosis and charges the insurance. His diagnosis is one that is impossible to have concluded because we didn’t talk about anything related to medicine or health—he didn’t even listen to reason for my visit. Nonetheless, the app seemingly forces them to write something up. Would have been nice to finally have access to an English speaking doctor. Now I just have a false diagnosis reported to my insurance. Oh, and the brilliant advice to “go see my Hausarzt!”
