I have been using this app for years across m y projects, and now there is no going away.

It won't even play the sample voices. It says "Loading Please Wait" when doing so. I'm connected to the internet, fast speed, and Macbook. I've done everything to get Playback to work but it's just stuck. Restart doesn't work either. the only reason I got this app is to listen to my screenplay.
