Recent reviews

I went to schedule a delivery on Friday and the first available spot was Tuesday evening. The "agent" told me that they could help but they could not and I ended up not even being able to get the meds on Tuesday because those slots were gone by the time I was done chatting. Pharmacy is impossible to get to otherwise. Get more couriers or be clear that 5 days is the turnaround. I'm done with capsule until they figure it out.

Was a lot better before they added an AI assistant to respond to messages. It does not understand simple input and asks repetitive questions. Do better.
