Recent reviews

I was trying to add a code to join my child’s sports team and it said it was invalid even though it worked for everyone else on the team. It then advised that I log out because my credentials couldn’t be verified…no clue why. So now that I’m logged out, I’ve asked for it to send me a code so I can reset my password and log back in but I’ve received nothing. I called their support phone number and it was disconnected. I emailed and it bounced back. I’ve resorted to emailing the parent company because I need to have access to my child’s team info and sports schedule! I’m beyond aggravated.
