Recent reviews

The app is great, but I have been trying for over a week to get into my account after my subscription was cancelled due to expired credit card info. I updated my payment info., but I still can’t resubscribe due to some weird glitch on the resubscription button. I have written something to support 3 times with no results. I’m pretty disappointed and surprised at the inability of the tech support team to get the app fixed so that willing customers can pay them!

The app was great and easy to use, but now it requires a subscription— which is fine— but it doesn’t work. Literally I try to subscribe, and the button sends you nowhere. So now the app feels meaningless. Too much work for literally nothing. I’ll look for another app, if it does not get fixed soon. I suggest not downloading at this time.
