NatureWalk

NatureWalk is a companion app for the PC program called SmartMind 4. Health care and education professionals using SmartMind 4 can use NatureWalk to provide their clients training exercises designed to help promote a relaxed and positive mental state. These educational biofeedback training exercises can be practiced either at home or in the office using an iPad or iPhone. The fun training games can be easily customized to meet each individual's needs. No personal identifying information is saved on any device. A MindWave Mobile Bluetooth training device is required to use this app, as well as, an internet connection. Player and Trainer IDs are needed to log on and are provided by an individual's trainer. A training plan is created for each person that guides them in using NatureWalk.
