GLOBE Observer

The GLOBE Observer Chrome Extension brings the GLOBE Observer app to your browser, allowing you to contribute environmental observations to a global science program. By submitting observations, students, educators, and scientists—from NASA, NOAA, and partner institutions—help improve our understanding of the Earth system and the environment.

It provides access to the core GLOBE protocols—Clouds, Mosquito Habitat Mapper, Land Cover, and Trees—and guides you through simple steps to record observations with your device. Trained users can also submit additional measurements. Learn more at globe.gov and observer.globe.gov.
