Testify App

Testify is a mobile based customer experience feedback platform that amplifies the customer voice by aggregating feedback provided about a particular product or service provider. Customers are able to rate their product or service experience on a scale of 1 - 10 and provide additional detail (e.g. pictures) about their experience. Testify aggregates all the feedback to calculate an average rating for the product or service. Testify also ranks products and services within their respective categories to give users an idea of the the relative customer perception of the products and services. Product owners and service providers are able to respond to customer experiences through Testify.
