365Pay is easy to use and convenient for workplace pickup with a decent food selection, and users appreciate notifications and Live Activities. However, recurring issues undermine reliability: pickup time slots often expire or disappear, the app is buggy and unstable, payments can be problematic, and notifications are frequently delayed. I just added funds to my account only for the app not to work with any of the kiosks around the area I live in, making the app pretty much useless. And now I have money just sitting around, and I can’t even get it back to my debit card. There should be an option to send it back to wherever the money was added from, whether it be a debit card or credit card
