No music selection, hard to get ringtones on an Apple phone and hard to cancel the subscription.

The ringtone choices I get are VERY bad and my bf downloaded the same app, paid $8 less for a lifetime subscription, and gets a GREAT selection. Messaged Zedge about a refund but as of today, no response.
