Recent reviews

Since the recent update, I have been unable to receive the bonuses associated with winning the cruise ship event. Additionally, the Global and Buddies Club Buy Goods section does not appear to be functioning properly. The area often fails to load, requiring me to repeatedly exit and re-enter before any items appear. Even when items do load, they are consistently marked as "Sold Out." Could you please investigate these issues and provide a resolution? Thank you for your assistance.

I have played many years worked hard to get to the highest level. I do all cruises, craft items to the amount required daily, assist my teammates . BUT after earning the puppies that give extra help they are taken away an I was told I am demoted. Unsure after all these years if I will continue with this game, becoming to frustrated with it. No explanation ever given, just normal text used ,nothing from technical help to answer questions

I have played this game since it was developed. So we’re talking years and years. And I enjoy this game very much. I switched from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 17. And now I can’t get logged into my account. It makes me start from the beginning. And I refuse to begin from the beginning again. How can I get this fixed????
