2026-02-13	Jo*****	This app is truly so bad. Just moved close to a Maceys and have tried to use the app to make an order multiple times. One time I was able to check out and my order was randomly canceled right after. And then I’ve tried to do a pickup order multiple times and when I click on “checkout” after filling up my cart it does not take me to the checkout page. It just glitches and takes me back to the home page. After a few times of trying it, it will delete my whole cart.

2024-02-14	th*****	I noticed an ad for some groceries that expires “today” (the current day I’m writing). And it won’t let me add some of the coupons to my account. How sad, and I can’t find the coupons in any other search function. 0 star because they have years of feedback with no seemingly visible improvement.

2023-12-20	sn*****	What a terrible idea. The last thing I need is to manage an app while I’m trying to shop and handle kids. So what? You’re going to charge me for not using it? Being a part of “the club” isn’t enough anymore. With the app it also requires much more personal information. No thanks.

2023-07-16	V *****	Made an account for delivery and when I tried to log in it says I don’t have an account. Also, trying to order something for delivery for the app just takes you to a clunky website. This is the way apps used to work 12-13 years ago. Its 2023, this should be updated.
