I find that while it works to a point there are two many spots where you have to check off and enter items, I feel like once you enter food for the day or watch the videos it should automatically check those items off, also where you input the food you’ve eaten that’s where you should be able to select that your taken the product(aka blueprint) and that way it also incorporates that info in your calories and carb intake, otherwise are we suppose to enter that manually? The food finder does really well and I like that it tracks your weight but I would like a place to also track symptoms or how the body is feeling on the daily. Like level of tiredness, or bowel symptoms etc. since this is a gut program not having that seems odd

I started using the BodySite app as part of GLP-1 program and it's great! There were a couple of things I wanted from the app that I didn't see, (showing my daily fiber count in the food log and editing the foods/recipes I enter) but their customer service has been wonderful (shout out to Katrina!) and they showed me how to do just about everything I want. No sharing with friends yet, but maybe soon? I log my food and water intake and I synced it with my apple health so my activity is logged automatically, so easy! Honestly logging everything is really key to overall awareness and making meaningful change and I am here for it!
