Checklist Table Folio Vault

Features & Capabilities

The next major release of Toy Collector is here: Archive Catalog 3.0 runs side-by-side with Toy Collector 2.x, has a complete Swift rewrite, and brings a streamlined single-page UI, iCloud syncing, and a simple data migration path from 2.x.

Version 3.0 adds multi-image previews, fast search, new ownership filters (owned/wanted), shortcuts to subsections, and ad removal through community participation. It also supports quick updates, faster filtering between lines and items, and a cleaner, all-in-one window.

User Reviews

Reviewers consistently praise the app as a strong organizer for multiple toy lines and a useful reference, but flag major problems: stability crashes, an incomplete catalog with many missing items, no option to add new entries, flaky search, and a lack of ongoing updates. Improvements in data completeness and reliability would significantly boost its value.
Pros
  • Organizes collections across multiple toy lines with an at-a-glance overview.
  • User-friendly setup with line toggling and sorting by want/own.
  • A solid, up-to-date database that serves as a good reference for many lines.
  • Helps identify gaps by showing what you own and what you still need to fill.
  • Generally well-received for being a helpful tool with responsive support.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and stability issues (restarts and freezes).
  • Catalog is incomplete, with many popular items missing across lines.
  • Cannot add new or custom items to the catalog.
  • Search functionality is unreliable or yields no results at times.
  • Maintenance and updates appear infrequent, leaving data outdated.

It’s good for keeping a list of what you have. Not dependable with images. You cannot upload a photo nor take a picture even though you have camera access. For the toys that do have images they are not synced with the description. You just have to go by the name, not the image. You’re supposed to upload your collection to DB hobbies app, but that doesn’t retain information. This app needs a lot of work to be dependable.

it's got a lot of different lines on it. It's got most of G.I. Joe, but no sergeant or extreme that I felt good for checklist not too good for variant.

I collect Jurassic World Dominion dinosaur figures (There is Jurassic Park but not the specific ones I collect) and Imaginext DC Super Friends (it is in the surprise bags but more is out of the surprise bags) yet neither are on there. It seems to work good but I don’t know how to make
