And added these new features:

Search the webcams by text
Filter near by webcams, by showing only the cameras at the island you are located
Set alerts for receiving notifications when the weather conditions are to your liking at a particular location
Submit updated beach information, so that everyone can benefit with updated flag status, wave size and jellyfish status

SpotAzores currently suffers widespread reliability problems: repeated error messages prevent use, camera feeds and island views fail to load, and server issues block content. Ads disrupt the experience, and paid subscriptions don’t consistently resolve the issues, with reports of failed trials and limited support. A minority note that the app was very useful in the past and locally recommended for sunny-day planning.
