I love my ge Cync lightbulbs had them for yearssss I really wish voice control were built into the Cync app to add another layer of control

FIX THE APP! DO A TROUBLESHOOT OR SOMETHING!!! The app doesn’t connect regularly when CONNECTED TO WIFI!!! It’s frustrating. I don’t want a response I want y’all to fix this problem!! Troubleshoot, reset, whatever but there is no reason why it doesn’t work when CONNECTED TO WIFI!!! I’m gonna have to see if Phillips lights have better technology.
