Tofu Authenticator is an open-source two-factor authentication extension that generates HOTP and TOTP codes to protect your online accounts. It supports both counter-based and time-based codes, 6 or 8 digits, and the SHA1, SHA256, and SHA512 algorithms. Enrollment is easy via QR codes and you can search your accounts by name for quick access. It can operate offline, without network or cellular connection.

Tofu is open-source and free software licensed under the ISC license. The source code is available on GitHub for review and modification.

this would be undoubtedly the best authenticator app on ios if not for one thing. this app is missing a supported way to export your keys. your totp keys are not viewable, they are not even saved to your icloud storage. this sucks. if you lose your phone, the app is deleted, your phone is wiped, or anything like that, your 2fa codes are gone. this sucks. this app doesn't seem to be maintained. i cant recommend tofu, but i've yet to find another 2fa totp app that is as good and simple as this one. very unfortunate. if the developer is reading this, you know what to do.
