User Reviews

Polymail offers a feature-rich, collaboration-friendly email client with a clean UI and strong inbox management. The standout positives include a unified inbox, reliable read tracking, scheduling and templates, plus team collaboration tools and integrations (Slack/Asana) across iOS and Mac. Reviews consistently praise customer support and steady improvements. The main concerns are stability and performance: frequent updates causing crashes or slowdowns, inconsistent search, and lingering bugs; plus pricing/billing questions and notable feature gaps such as VIP/@mentions and cross‑device tracking inconsistencies. Overall, it’s powerful but not without reliability and cost drawbacks.

  • Performance issues and unstable search with lag when loading emails.

No other email client offers the suite of features and services, and level of customer support, that PolyMail’s product & service does, with the same level of user-oriented interface design and workflow frameworks. I’ll take this review down if that ever changes, but it hasn’t and I’ve been a customer since before the current decade…

I have been using this program since their beginning! Their customer service is outstanding and the ease of using Polymail makes taking care of daily emails simple. They help me manage 4 emails with ease.

I’ve been using Polymail daily for the past six months. If you live in your inbox - especially across multiple accounts - it will easily make you 5-10x more efficient. The unified inbox is clean, fast, and intuitive. The UI is the best of any email client I’ve used, and over time you actually end up relying on most of the features instead of ignoring them. Templates are a big one for me - they let you run high-volume outreach while still sounding personal and intentional. Huge time saver. On the team side, shared conversations and private notes are incredibly useful. You can add context, loop teammates in, and stay aligned without forwarding threads or jumping into Slack. Like any long-standing product, Polymail has evolved over the years, but the core experience has stayed strong. As much as you can be to any software tool, I am addicted and now rely on Polymail. It’s clear the team cares about getting the details right and continuing to improve it. If email is central to how you run your business day to day, Polymail is absolutely worth using.
