The app feels buttery smooth and way more performant. Live streams work consistently and the PTZ controls feel instantly responsive. My phone is not getting hot when watching my cameras, my phone’s battery lasts longer, and it uses less cellular data and storage space for the same experience! I had noticed some issues with my cameras so I called the customer service line. They were very receptive and promised to have their best guy take a look at the issue. Within less than a week I got a call back from EarthCam telling me that a new version was released with a fix for my problem. Awesome customer service and a great iOS team.

Every time I go to the live view it crashes. I have the iPhone 16 pro max with the latest IOS and it crashes every time I open it. Please fix it quickly so we can see what’s going on!!
