Great tool. But I trouble with sending and receiving data through emails. Please help

I have had this app for 4+ years and this is by far the best app for manufacturing production times. The author is easy to get a hold of and makes changes as needed and has incorporated several of my suggestions. Furthermore, it is easily customizable for every job and will email you a very detailed report that can be copy and pasted into excel. This makes my job that much easier and it will help yours too.
